Construction Incharge / Site Incharge - Steel Structure Pre-Engineering Metal Building (PEMB) Division

Job Details:
Overall in charge of the PEMB construction project including coordination with consultant, client, subcontractors, design & production department.
Required Qualification & Work Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of total working experience with at least last 2 to 4 years of experience in similar position like project In charge / site In-charge at PEB steel Erection division.
- Hands on experience of as project In charge / site In-charge in structure fabrication industries (PEMB Division). developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Should have good knowledge building and leading a team of engineers, supervisors, and other personnel involved in the project. overseeing the review and approval of structural steel designs, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that fabrication and installation of structural steel components meet industry standards. ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed throughout the project. monitoring project expenses and managing the budget to minimize cost overruns.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the project. maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for projects.
- Keeping accurate records of project activities, including contracts, drawings, and change orders. ensuring that the project complies with all relevant building codes and permits. Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project's success. Monitoring the project schedule and taking corrective actions to keep it on track.
- Should possess computer knowledge.
- Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
- The candidate should Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities. ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as inspection reports and certifications, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Overseeing the final stages of the project, including inspections, commissioning, and client handover.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality
- Should be able to manage a site of 3 -6 at a time
- Age 30-35 years.
- Abroad working experience will be considered as an added advantage
