Job Position: Assistant HR & Admin Manager
Minimum Experience Required : 8 Years (Preferably worked with 100+work force companies)
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel with knowledge in Functions, Good English Communication written and verbal, Knowledge in HRIS, Labor Legislations

Salary : Nett 124,500/- INR equivalent to USD / Per Month
Period of Employment : 2 years
Probation Period : 6 months

- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion. Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
- Supervises the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy.
- Payroll processing and HRS Management.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization of staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
