Stores Manager for Global Supply Centre, Seychelles

Job Position: Stores Manager


Minimum Experience Required :

• Minimum Experience of 7 years in FMCG Company, handling dispatch, receiving and stores arrangement in warehouses.

  • Highly effective Manager skills and techniques


Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or related courses of warehouse management.


Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Excel, Email Drafting and Good English Communication.

Air Tickets : Provided by Company

Accommodation : Provided by Company

Salary : Nett INR 173,000/- Including food Allowance

Period of Employment : 2 years

Probation Period : 6 months

Place of Employment : Republic of Seychelles

Transportation : Provided by the company


Brief Job Profile as below:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient handling and control of a vast inventory consisting of 10K SKUs + across three warehouses.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse space to accommodate the diverse range of products, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval systems.
  • Inventory Control: Implement robust inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards for both incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining product integrity throughout the storage process.
  • Cold Chain Management: Supervise the handling and storage of products in cold rooms and chillers, maintaining specified temperature conditions to preserve product freshness.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and high productivity levels.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse personnel, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce operational expenses while maintaining service levels and quality standards.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technological tools to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance inventory visibility.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity, implementing corrective measures as needed to achieve targets
