Job Description:
In this role, to be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Also be responsible for managing visa and legal documents, preparing HR policies, and implementing them in the plant or working area.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Searching for the best talent through internal and external sources, forwarding CVs to the concerned Head of Department for final interviews, preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Onboarding:
Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans, preparing and issuing welcome letter and Job Description, plant visit, as well as updating personal files of new joiners.
Training and Development:
Developing training programs, assisting in performance management processes, increment, Rewards and Incentives record maintain.
Legal Compliance:
Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, handling all legal work related to employees, reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Salary and leave:
Send salary data to account department for salary process and record maintain all the employees. Leave manage and record maintain.
Administration:
Checking attendance and verifying manpower as per department-wise requirements. Managing housekeeping arrangements, recruitment of workers, handling guest house activities. Managing transportation & vehicle-related activities. Managing canteen operations including tracking Weekly/monthly expenses. Handling visitor-related activities. Organizing events. Ensuring security management. Managing mobile SIMs & phone bills. Maintaining gardens.
To excel in this role, It should have excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. You should also have a good understanding of HR policies and procedures as well as Administrative work area.]
Experience-5 years to 10 years
Salary -upto usd 900 pm (it depends on current salary)
