2. Must have knowledge of Payroll & local rules.3. Can prepare & amend salary structure.
4. Take initial round of interviews.
5. Attendance , overtime , leave postings
6. Taking ESI & PF numbers.
8.General Administration of plant
9.Can address worker's grievances
10.Coordinate with H.O. for decision making
11.Candidate must be proactive to get the things done
