Experience:

• Trade Operations Executive: 3-4 years (preferably in Africa).
• Warehouse Executives & Inventory Controllers: 1-2 years (freshers are also welcome).

Qualifications:

• Trade Operations Executive: Graduate (Commerce background preferred) or Diploma/Courses in Import/Export or MBA in International Business.
• Warehouse Executives & Inventory Controllers: Any graduate qualification.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in SAP and Tally is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to local culture, and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and logistical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Operations Executive:
  
• Manage import/export documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Provide updates to customers and suppliers on shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain detailed records of trade operations and understand INCO terms.
• Warehouse Executives:
  
• Oversee storage, inventory tracking, and product shipments in the warehouse.
• Handle inventory discrepancies, product damage, or team conflicts.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory management and adapt to changing priorities.
• Inventory Controllers:
  
• Track and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipments.
• Conduct regular checks of inventory goods and resolve discrepancies.
• Address issues related to product damage, stock discrepancies, or conflicts within the team.
