Safety Manager

The site safety manager (whose job title could also be site safety superintendent, senior safety engineer, safety coordinator, etc.) shall have a minimum of 10-years experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a safety related field (or relevant engineering qualification in a field closely related to the project scope of work) and shall be fluent in spoken and written English.

Safety Supervisor

The site safety supervisor(s) shall have a minimum of 7-years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree or diploma/associate's degree (or equivalent) in a safety related field (or relevant engineering qualification in a field closely related to the project scope of work) and shall be fluent in spoken and written English.

Safety Officers

The field safety officer(s) shall have a minimum of 5-years’ experience and a diploma or associates degree (or equivalent) in a safety related field (or relevant engineering qualification in a field closely related to the project scope of work) and shall be fluent in spoken and written English.

CIVIL DRAFTSMAN

Minimum 3 years’ experience with civil infrastructure and Auto cad 2d, Auto cad civil 3d with 3d views

Land Surveyors 

Diploma in survey with instrument Auto level, Total station, GPS, Auto cad Drawing and minimum of 03yrs experience, driving license, computer capabilities and fluent in English.

Bidding Engineer/ Office Engineer

B Tech/BE in Civil Engineering with Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement bidding quantity calculation, Price calculation of civil projects with good knowledge of primavera software

Civil Engineer

B Tech/BE in Civil Engineering with Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure project

Quality Control Manager

He shall have a university degree or equivalent and a total of seven years inspection experience or a high school diploma with a total of ten years inspection experience. As minimum, he shall have five (5) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

Quality Control Supervisor

He shall have a university degree or equivalent and a total of seven years inspection experience or a high school diploma with a total of ten years inspection experience. As minimum, he shall have three (3) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

Quality Control Inspectors

Inspector shall be High School graduate, or equivalent; shall be able to read, write and speak English Language; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision. Personnel employed by CONTRACTOR or its subcontractors to perform the WORK described in this Contract shall meet, as a minimum, the following years of relevant experience

Batch Plant Inspector 

Shall have direct experience in inspection of asphalt/concrete mix ingredients in accordance with the applicable ASTM, AASHTO or ACI procedures and guidelines. He shall be able to assess the plant QC laboratory to determine that their equipment, procedures /techniques, sample recording and result reporting compliance with the applicable standards. He shall be able to evaluate batch plants capability and safety that meet company requirements. He shall review and performs full-scale plant trials to determine the required engineering properties

Road Foreman 

with a diploma in Civil Engineering minimum of 03 yrs. Experience in roads & earthworks. Fluent in English, and driving license.

Civil Foreman 

With high school Diploma or Technical, Experience in a supervisory or related role, Expertise in sourcing and supervising construction materials, Ability to read and understand drawings and construction plans. Supervising skill

Dispatchers: Graduation with minimum 3 years experience in administration with good computer knowledge and good communication skills, Fluency in English. Good knowledge in operation of SAP system

Diesel Mechanics 

Experience in engine overhauling, transmission repairing etc. experience in CAT equipment and MERCEDES ACTROS tractor units & trucks. Able to read and understand part catalogue and service manual.

Auto Electricians 

Experience in CATERPILLAR (CAT) & MERCEDES ACTROS diagnostic tool, able to troubleshoot and repair electric faults in the heavy machineries CAT & MERCEDES ACTROS trucks

Industrial Electrician 

With Crusher plant and Asphalt plant experience

Auto A/C Technicians 

Repair & maintenance of vehicle Air Conditioning systems

Welder & Fabricators 

ARC welding able to understand drawings.

Metal Fabricator 

With capability such as Metal Bending/Cutting for Water/Diesel/Vacuum Tanks & Cement Bulker Tanks.

Milling Machine Operators 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operating/Maintenance/Running Repairs of Wirtgen Milling machine.

Striping Machine Operators (Road Marking Machine) 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operating/Maintenance/Running Repairs of HOFMAN machines or equivalent.

Asphalt Paving Machine Operators 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operating/Maintenance/Running Repairs of VOGLE machines or equivalent.

Heavy Equipment Operators/ Earth Workers 

Dozer, Grader. Loader & Excavator with minimum of 5yrs experience with native license

Heavy Drivers

Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Heavy Trailers driving, Heavy license and need trade certificate. Age should be 25-45.

All categories of age should be within 25-45. Salary will depend upon the qualification & Experience at the time of interview
