 1) Machine Operator

* Knowledgeable of machines and tools ,including their designs ,uses,repairs and
maintenance.

* Experienced in setting up printing house and materials.

* Perform responsble manual and machine operator tasks in the set _up,maintenance
&operations.
* Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be prnted ,production
times,stock specifications,colors,and color sequences.

* Notifies digital print services supervisor immediately about any quality issues
,shortages,high
* spoilage ,and safety concerns or down equipment.

* Troubleshoots machine when it is not performing finishing operations if necessary.

2) Finishing / Post Production

* Knowledgeable of machines and tools ,including their designs ,uses,repairs and
maintenance.

* Experienced in setting up printing house and materials.

* Assists in establishing project timelines and priorities,assists in assuring completed
printed materials meet established specifications and timelines.

* Receives work submitted for printing and reproduction ,checks for quality in camera ready
originals to assure comleteness,quality,and clarity of original copy ,adjusts offset press
controls for size ,type,weight,and thickness of paper.

* Prepares and set ups offset printing presses for operation and printing
activities,selecting,and adjusting setting and specificatons as appropriate ,determines
and loads appropriate paper.
* Set up and operation finishing equipment to cut,collate,staple.

* Assemble ,bind,hole punch ,drill,pad,stich,and folder printed materials.

3) Installer/ Sticker Applicator

* Install different types of branding i.e Vehicle,Wall,etc.

* Measure accurately for layouts ,cutting,and application.

* Maintain equipmennt and cleanliness of the installation site.

* Prepare areasfor installing graphics ,decals,lettering,and wraps.

* All types of sticker applications and full wrapping.

* Monitor Quality of work and work under tight deadlines.

* Deliver,Zero errors,and quality.

* Match panels ,lay stickers and destroy bubbles and wrinkles.
