Operation Manager for Harare, Zimbabwe

 Designation: Operation Manager

Education - B.Tech or Diploma in engineering

Major Machine details - Mixing plant, Extruders, Injection Molders, Roto Moldings & ancillary machines

Reporting to- Chief Executive Officer

Experience required- 10+ Yrs (Must have exp of Extrusion, Injection, Protank & Plastic fabricate)

Contract- 2 yrs

Leaves- One month Paid Leave after 1 year with tickets.

Job Location - Harare, Zimbabwe

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Oversee injection molding, extrusion, and plastic fabrication processes to ensure quality products.
• Develop strategies for cost control, rejection control, and project management to optimize operations efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
