1. FOOD SAFETY / QUALITY MANAGER
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Food technology or Allied science
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Expert knowledge of Food Hygiene & Health rules and regulations to evaluate compliance.
* Demonstrate proficiency in standards such as IPS, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, HACCP, and GFSI Schemes (FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, SQF).
*Lead in implementation & practicing of food safety system like ISO & FSSAI 22000:2005, 9001:2015
* Provide training to staff on Food safety, quality management, GMP, and GHP (approved trainer).
* Organize and manage internal audits, HACCP meetings, Management review meetings, and staff meetings and many more
2. Plant Manager - Sesame
Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, food science, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a managerial role within a hulling or processing facility, preferably in the agricultural sector.
3. Strong technical knowledge of hulling processes, equipment, and machinery.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to hulling operations.
3. Microbiologist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a microbiologist in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
