Job Summary: Makkah Hypermarket is seeking an experienced Retail IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and support for our hypermarkets and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management within the retail sector, particularly in hypermarkets and retail stores, with a proven track record of managing structured workflows, solving complex problems, and leading IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Manage and support retail software systems, including POS and ERP systems.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance IT system usage and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve business processes.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to secure the best terms and ensure reliable support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management within the retail sector, particularly in hypermarkets and retail stores.
• Strong experience in managing POS and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in developing and managing structured workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate an IT team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail IT management in the GCC region.
• Familiarity with the latest retail technology trends and innovations.
