Designation: Grievance Officer
Location - Saudi - Riyadh [MALE CANDIDATE ONLY]
Responsibilities •
Supervising all activities of Labour Grievance Executive.
• Need to make sure no candidates are sitting idle in camp.
• Needs to make sure visit are done on regular basis to client and Soundlines camps.
• Need to make sure payment from agencies, candidates, clients are recovered in timely manner.
• Main role in saving company cost.
• Need to be well versed with the company policy and Saudi Labour law.
• Assists the Employee and Labor Relations team as needed.
• Provides administrative support with the daily activities including coordinate/oversee the administrative functions, investigations and complaints.
• Coordinates the layoff process, reviews justifications, prepares reports, etc.
• Provides direction regarding established policies and procedures; addresses routine matters/concerns.
• Coordinates grievance procedures to handle employees complaints.
• Performs research regarding initiatives relevant to labor relations issues,
• Organizes, prepares and maintain records and data related to the Labor Relations unit.
• Participates in meetings/committees.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Handles all verifications of employment
Skills Required •
Knowledge of human resources administrative practices; collective bargaining and labor relations; research methods and techniques in the area of labor relations. • Effective communication skills, oral and written. • Considerable interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, cultural sensitivity. • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines. • Must have computer knowledge and word processing skills. • Must be able to learn quickly and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Must possess excellent telephone etiquette, customer service, organizational and communication skills. • Must be fluent in English & Hindi Specifications • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field of study • Relevant certifications or diplomas
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Grievance Management in recruitment industry • Gulf experience mandatory
