Restaurant Manager for Thailand

 Job Description:

A well-established hospitality group with a renowned South Indian vegetarian brand is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their overseas operations in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in South Indian cuisine and a proven track record of success in managing restaurants.


Key Responsibilities:


Front of the House Operations:

- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety

- Coordinate entire restaurant operations

- Manage, organize, and supervise service staff, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff

- Respond to customer complaints

- Ensure adherence to company uniform standards

- Oversee customer relationship management

- Recruit, train, and motivate staff


Back of the House Operations:

- Take responsibility for business performance

- Analyze and plan sales levels and profitability

- Organize marketing activities and promotional events

- Prepare reports on staff control, food control, and sales

- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit, and staff development

- Set budgets and agree on them with senior management

- Plan and coordinate menus

- Supervise inventory management and quality control


Accountabilities:

- Accountable for Sales & profitability of the restaurant

- Develop, train, and exceed customer expectations by maintaining world

-class experiences


Requirements:

- Relevant experience in food services/restaurants

- Overseas posting experience an added advantage

- Sound managerial and operational knowledge

- Exceptional people skills and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in communication and writing skills

- Ability to operate independently as a profit center


Education:

- Graduate with Hotel Management or any graduate with a specialization

- 10 years of hotel/restaurant management experience
