Hiring for a Leading Sea Port Company of Saudi Arabia 


Inventory Officer


- Ensure that the inbound & outbound materials for the particular department are inspected in terms of quality and quantity.
- Enter the appropriate details in the stock register and make arrangements for the stacking of materials.

- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.

- Experience in working with ERP System.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.


Gate Controller


- Manage entry and exit of vehicles, cargo, and personnel at the port gates.
- Oversee gate operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow.
- Process documentation for all vehicles and cargo entering or exiting the port.

Strong understanding of port security procedures, cargo documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.



Mechanical Engineer Supervisor



- Supervise regular inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of mechanical systems, including cranes, forklifts, conveyors, pumps, winches, and engines
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems

- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment, ensuring that all systems are regularly maintained to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.



Electrical Engineer Supervisor



- Perform detailed planning and execution of Electrical systems in construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

- 8+ years for degree holders, 12+ years for diploma holders.

- Minimum 2 years in GCC contracting companies.



Mechanical Technician



- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC, Chiller, Plumbing, and Mechanical Systems
- Conduct inspections and tests to diagnose issues and ensure systems are functioning.
- Develop maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure system reliability

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 5-7 years of experience in HVAC, Chiller, Plumbing, and Mechanical Systems.



Electrical Technician



- Responsible for repairing and troubleshooting electrical equipment, following safety standards, and conducting regular maintenance checks.

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, including cranes, electrical panels, transformers, lighting systems, and power distribution units.



Maintenance Planner



- Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and port infrastructure to ensure proper functioning and minimal downtime
- Assess the criticality of maintenance tasks and prioritize them based on the impact on operations

- Plan and coordinate major shutdowns for equipment or facilities, ensuring that all activities are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.



Reefer Technician



- Conduct preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems, including checking refrigerant levels, cleaning condenser and evaporator coils, and ensuring electrical connections are intact.

- Perform routine inspections of reefer containers and their refrigeration systems to ensure that they are operating efficiently and maintaining the proper temperature.



Forklift Operator



- Operate forklifts to lift, move, stack, and load/unload containers & cargo.
- Assist with organizing the terminal yard.
- Knowledge of container handling procedures, cargo handling, and safety regulations.



Terminal Tractor Operator



- Operate terminal tractors to transport containers and cargo within terminal yard.
- Assist with organizing terminal yard by properly stacking and positioning containers to optimize space and facilitate easy access.



Reach Stacker Operator



- Operate reach stackers to lift, stack, and move containers of varying sizes.
- Maintain smooth flow of operations, ensuring timely movement of containers within the yard.
- Knowledge of container handling procedures and stacking methods.



Yard Crane Operator



- Operate cranes in port yard to move containers and cargo.
- Monitor condition of cargo during handling process to prevent damage.
- Knowledge of container types, cargo handling requirements, and stowage plans.



Ship Crane Operator



- Operate ship-to-shore cranes (STS) and other crane equipment to load and unload cargo.
- Ensure proper cargo handling by following vessel stowage plans.
- Ensure correct positioning and stacking of containers on vessels.



Gearman



- Operation, maintenance, and handling of port equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of vessels, trucks, and storage areas.

- Experience in operating port equipment, like cranes, forklifts, or reach stackers, preferably in a seaport.

- Understanding of port operations, cargo handling processes, and equipment maintenance



Vessel & Yard Controller



- Optimize both vessel operations and yard management.
- Ensure smooth flow of cargo between vessels and the yard.
- Manage day-to-day movement and storage of containers, overseeing vessel arrivals and departures.

In-depth understanding of vessel operations, cargo handling, and yard management.



Yard Planner



- Organize yard layout to ensure efficient storage and movement of containers, cargo, and equipment.
- Optimize use of yard and terminal space.
- Knowledge of yard operations, container handling, and cargo logistics.



Vessel Planner



- Develop and manage detailed vessel planning schedules.
- Allocate and manage berth assignments for incoming and outgoing vessels.,
- Strategic planning and coordination of vessel operations.

Strong knowledge of vessel operations, cargo handling, and port logistics.



Gang Foreman



- Coordinate loading, unloading, and stowing of cargo on ships.
- Supervise crew of longshoremen, stevedores, and dock workers.
- Knowledge of port operations, labor management and cargo handling



Gear Store Supervisor



- Managing inventory and operations of the gear and equipment store.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of safety equipment, machinery parts, tools, and other materials.
- Track and monitor stock levels.

- Knowledge of maritime safety equipment, tools, and machinery used in port operations and vessel servicing.

- Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management practices.



Vessel Supervisor



- Supervise and coordinate all vessel operations.
- Oversee timely loading/unloading of cargo, ensuring proper documentation and safe handling.
- Knowledge of vessel operations, port logistics, cargo handling, and maritime safety standards.



Yard Supervisor



- Supervise and coordinate activities of the yard personnel.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of containers, cargo, and materials.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure it is in good working condition.
