MONITORING ON A DAILY BASIS THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL UNITS AND ENSURING THEY ARE OPERATING WITHIN DIVISIONAL GUIDELINES.
MONITOR AND ASSESS THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL STAFF PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO ENSURE THAT THEY AND THEIR UNIT ACHIEVE THE BUDGETED LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE.

Team Manager - Broilers

SHOULD BE ABLE TO COORDINATE WITH VETERINARIANS TO MANAGE FLOCK HEALTH AND ADDRESS ANY ISSUES.
ABLE TO MANAGE AND SUPERVISE ALL ASPECTS OF POULTRY PRODUCTION, INCLUDING FEEDING, BREEDING AND HOUSING
Safety Inspector / Fire & Safety Officer
SHOULD BE DEGREE OR DIPLOMA IN HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCIPLINE.
IOSH WORKING SAFETY TRAINING CERTIFICATION.
QUALIFICATION ON OHSMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
5-8 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR CAPACITY.
WORKING EXPERIENCE IN H&S RELATED INSPECTIONS INCLUDING PPE AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT INSPECTION.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
H&S RELATED INSPECTIONS INCLUDING PPE AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT INSPECTION
Livestock Foreman / Stockman
MINIMUM 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN POULTRY FARMING OR A RELATED FIELD.
EXPERTISE IN POULTRY HEALTH, NUTRITION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND SUPERVISE ALL ASPECTS OF POULTRY PRODUCTION, INCLUDING FEEDING, BREEDING AND HOUSING.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO COORDINATE WITH VETERINARIANS TO MANAGE FLOCK HEALTH AND ADDRESS ANY ISSUES PROMPTLY.

4-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING LARGE SCALE WORKSHOPS OR SERVICE CENTRES.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH MAINTENANCE OF LARGE SCALE AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT AND PETROL AND DIESEL ENGINES.
ABILITY TO OPERATE STRUCTURED MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS WITH A PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON A PLANNED APPROACH TO PREVENTIVE MAINTENANE AND RECORDING AND ANALYSING DATA.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

AT LEAST 4-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF RUNNING LARGE SCALE WORKSHOPS / SERVICING CENTRES.
EXPERIENCE IN THE MAINTENANCE OF LARGE-SCALE AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT AND POWER GENERATORS.
EXPOSURE TO ISO ENVIRONMENT IS A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE.
EXPERIENCE FROM POULTRY BACKGROUND WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE.
