Accountant Executive for AMSA Renal Care Seychelles Pty. Ltd., Seychelles

Role & responsibilities

  • Creating & analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
  • Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures.
  • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7 Plus years experience in the accounting field
  • Post graduation in Accounts
  • Good Communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
