Site Supervisor for North Macedonia (Europe)

Position: Earthworks Borrow Site Supervisor 

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil, Geological, or Mining Engineering

3-8 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership skills with experience as a Lead Site Engineer
Expertise in drilling and blasting operations for rock cut operations
Proficiency in equipment and manpower planning for operations
Experience in material sourcing for fill operations (Quarry/Borrow)
Advanced MS Office and AutoCAD skills (Earthwork design, quantity tracking)
Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Details:

Working Pattern: 10 hours/day, 6 days a week
Salary with OT: 1,450 Euro
Leave Cycle: 40 days paid leave with return ticket after every 6 months
Contract: 1 year (extendable)
Status: Single
