Qualification Exp & Skills : BE / B.Tech or Diploma Mechanical Engineering/Related Field

BGAS NACE ASNT Certification Needed

Below 40 Years

SALARY : 15000 SAR + FREE FAT (Rate for 10 hours)

FOOD , ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION - FREE

JD : GULF experience with Coating Crew Supervisor experience for Oil & gas industry

Inspecting the surface preparation, the coating application, the curing time, the thickness, the adhesion, the appearance, and the resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and weathering

Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations. Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks. Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles. Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting. Performs visuals inspections.

Pipeline Site Supervisor

Qualification : Bachelors degree or diploma in mech engg

Salary : 4500+500 SAR (Food & Accommodation Provided by the Company)

JD:

• Minimum 5 -10 years experience in Aramco projects
• Should have strong knowledge ofthe pipeline pre-commissioning works (Cleaning, Gauging, Water filling, Hydro test, dewatering, Drying, Nitrogen purging, Chemical cleaning and Inline inspection, Bolt torquing)
• Should have executed minimum 5-10 pipelines pre-commissioning works
• Familiar with Water filling, Pressurization, Hydro test, Drop out test, and dewatering, chemical cleaning, Caliper and Baseline survey
• Should know how to operate and trouble shoot all the field equipment related to pre-commissioning works
• Should have strong field experience to carry out pipeline pre-commissioning works (cleaning, Gauging, Water filling, Pressurization, Hydro test, Drop out test, and dewatering, chemical cleaning, Caliper and Baseline survey and flange management
• Familiar with Chemical dozing and ratio
• Familiar with temporary / Hydro test headers - launchersand receivers fabrication.
• Preparation of materials and consumables for the pre-commissioning activities
• Selection and types of scrapers
• Selection of field measurement instruments.
