What are your responsibilities?
Your tasks will include TIG/MAG/MIG welding of industrial pipes and piping systems. Having valid welding certifications is an advantage but not a requirement, as training can be provided at the start of the employment. Passing the certification test is, however, a condition for employment. The materials you will be working with are black steel pipes and stainless steel, with thicknesses mainly varying between 1-7mm. The work is primarily done at the production facility during day shifts from 7:00 to 15:30. However, as the workforce grows, Uwira is transitioning to a two-shift system, so we hope you are prepared for shift work.

Compensation
The salary is determined in accordance with the Technology Industry Collective Agreement. The starting rate is 16 Euro per hour, with opportunities for salary increases based on demonstrated exceptional skills and commitment to the role. Additional compensation is provided for evening and weekend shifts as applicable.
