Site Manpower Management
Primary Role
- Oversee administrative and HR-related activities at the site level, ensuring smooth site operations, effective personnel management
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance, records, and shift schedules.
- Serve as a communication link between the site and head office.
- Ensure availability and proper allocation of resources (materials, equipment, etc.).
- Oversee the maintenance of site accommodations, Food, office spaces, and other facilities.
- Maintain documentation of site-related operations, contracts, and invoices.
- Prepare and submit regular site progress and manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at the site.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth project execution.
- Address grievances and escalate issues to the HR department as needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure well-being and productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture at the site.
- Conduct or coordinate safety inductions and basic HR policy training for site staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports for site operations.

Ensuring a safe working environment on-site by implementing safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards (local, national, and international) and company policies.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and audit to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure workers are informed about workplace hazards and how to mitigate them.
- Maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and safety checklists.
- Ensure daily cleaning of solar panels & site facilities including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
- Ensure the availability, proper usage, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce the team to follow safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at the site.
- Foster a positive safety culture on-site and encourage workers to report safety hazards or unsafe practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters on-site.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Manager

Qualification
Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field.
Civil Supervisor

- Develop detailed civil engineering designs for solar ground mount projects.
- Prepare site layout plans, grading, and drainage plans.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and other project team members to ensure cohesive project integration.
- Site preparation, including earthworks, foundation design, and structural analysis
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.

Electrical Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Ac / Dc Cabling. Testing, Earthing, Electrical Faults, Maintenance, Solar Inverter, Data Logger Etc
- Lead and train electrical technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Diagnose and resolve any technical issues related to electrical systems.
- Perform wiring installations, repair HT and LT electrical systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, motors, and control panels according to technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot cabling connections and terminations to ensure system reliability.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Use electrical testing tools to identify faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using Total Station survey equipment.
- Perform field data collection, measurements, and calculations with high accuracy.
- Mark and delineate boundaries, reference points, and elevations on-site.
- Process and analyze survey data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain detailed survey logs, sketches, and reports for project documentation.
- Use survey software to interpret data and prepare maps, drawings, and layouts.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain Total Station survey equipment and related tools.
- Work closely with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure survey results meet project specifications.
- Communicate survey findings and provide technical support to team members.
- Assist in planning and executing survey schedules to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all survey activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Report any unsafe conditions or damaged equipment to the immediate supervisor
Skills

Solar Site Project Head/ Dy. Site Project Head
Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end Africa project execution of Solar On Grid & BESS EPC of capacities 500 kW to 10 MW (Rooftop & Ground Mount)
- Execute and/or oversee, as required, all tasks including but not limited to site survey, site planning & management, team supervision, local small procurement, receipt-unloading-storage of goods at site, vendor coordination and project commissioning
- Manage post-commissioning performance uptime
- Ideate, execute and/or oversee any and every activity required for successful delivery of project including PMC & communication with stakeholders
- Execute and/or oversee periodic and required reporting
- Build & maintain requisite project management & control team
- Resolve on-site conflicts and issues promptly
Work Hours
Monday to Saturday (6 days a week except public holidays)
Timings: 7.45am, Hours: 8:00 am to 8.00 pm, Monday to Saturday
(Based on work needs, the timing may be revised to 7.00am to 8.00pm at site specific to this position)
