Civil Manager - Solar


Role & responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage civil engineering activities for solar project execution, both domestic and international.
  • Conduct and coordinate geotechnical surveys and collaborate with the engineering team for detailed analysis and planning.
  • Supervise leveling, grading, and site preparation for optimal project execution.
  • Oversee the construction of civil foundations for Inverter Control Room (ICR), Main Control Room (MCR), and substation (SS) equipment.
  • Manage piling and fencing work, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international civil engineering standards, codes, and practices.
  • Monitor contractor performance, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting project progress and addressing on-site challenges.
  • Lead and mentor the civil team to drive efficient and effective project execution.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in solar project execution, including 2-4 years of international experience.
  • Mandatory experience in an EPC company.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.



Project Manager - Electrical



Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of solar projects, both domestic and international, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines during project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise and resolve on-site challenges for effective project delivery.
  • Oversee the execution of projects involving a minimum of 10 MWh BESS capacity.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in solar project execution, with 3-5 years of international experience.
  • Mandatory experience in an EPC company.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
