Position - Mechanical Supervisor (Port)

Requirements of Deployment (Qualification Experience & Skills)

Shall be a qualified engineering graduate to B.Tech or equivalentfrom an accredited university in Mechanical/ Marine engineering discipline.

Salary Range - 3500 - 4500 QAR Plus Company provided Food & Accommodation.

Experience:

a. A minimum of 12years Marine maintenance industry experiencepreferablyin aport/shipyard atmosphere is required of which 4 years must have been at a supervisory level.

b. ExperienceinSPMmaintenanceactivities,mobilecranes.

c. He shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations undertaken by the maintenance team under his control. A thorough knowledge of all aspects, of port mechanical maintenance works is required.

d. Experience on develop contract scope, reviewing TC and acknowledge of managing contracts.

e. Experience with computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP.

f. Knowledge in interpreting SPIRS and identification of spares. Knowledge of Inventory Control and Project Management.

g. Troubleshootthemaintenancefaultsandproblemsolving.

h. Hands-onexperienceinworkingwithWorkPermitsystemOil&Gas Industry.

i. In addition to the above a sound understanding of QP safety rules and regulations is a requirement.Candidate shall hold valid Qatar driving license.

Position - Senior Mechanical Foreman (Port)

Requirements of Deployment (Qualification Experience & Skills)

Shall be Completed of Secondary (12 years) education followed by further technical education to OND or equivalent standard in Mechanical Engineering Diploma/ Trade Certificate inMechanical.Good knowledgein Spoken and written English. Must have a Qatari Driving License.

Salary Range - 3000 - 4000 QAR Plus Company provided Food & Accommodation.

Experience:

a. Minimum 10 years' experience in overhauling pumps, compressors, diesel engines, utility pipelines in water treatment plants, potable water networks etc.in the Oil and Gas industry or similar facilities. At least last three years as foreman / in-charge in carrying out the maintenance activities.

b. ExperienceinuPVC,copper,DI, HDPE,GRE,andCSpipingrepairwork.

c. Experience with computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP.

d. Knowledge in interpreting SPIRS and identification of spares. Knowledgeof Inventory Control and Project Management.

e. Experience in commissioning o equipment and Projects.

f. Troubleshoot the maintenance faults and providing on-the-job training to less experienced technicians.

Experience:

a. Minimum of 8 years' experience in overhauling pumps, compressors and diesel engines in water treatment plants, portable water networks etc., with at least 3 years work experience in the Oil and Gas industry or similar facilities.

b. Diagnoses faults, carry out routine maintenance, repair and overhaul of various items of equipment and plant, such as blowers, compressors, pumps, diesel generators, valves, etc.

c. Experience in PVC, copper, DI, HOPE, GRE,andCSpipingrepairwork.

d. Troubleshoot the maintenance faults and providing on-the-job training toless experienced technicians.

e. Hands-on experience in working with Work Permit system Oil and Gas Industry.
