Quality Engineer for Talenteq Technology, China

Job Description:

1. Participate in product review and quality planning during the new product development phase to ensure the manufacturability and testability of new products.
2. Participate in prototype manufacturing and test review, formulate and output product quality and process control standards:
3. Lead the collection and compilation of PPAP data and upload it to coustomer system , as well as the quality assessment and control of coutomer changes or change points.
4. Lead the handling of customer complaints during the sample stage, and track and improve the case closure
5.Other matters arranged by supervisor.

Job requirements:

1, Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering is preferred,
2, Three years or more of relevant working experience in the automotive hardware manufacturing industry
3, Familiar with the production process of automobile hardware manufacturing industry (such as metal stamping, welding
Those who can handle the supply and marketing control process are preferred.
4, Ability to read mechanical drawings and related technical specifications
5, Proficient in using QC techniques, 8D and five Major
(APQP,PPAP,MSA,FMEA.SPC, ISO-26262)
6, English Level-6 or above, fluent spoken English and can be used as a working language to communicate with foreign customers.
