Store Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise store employees. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Sales and Customer Service: Set sales targets, implement strategies to achieve them, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels, oversee stocking, and manage purchasing plans.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Financial Management: Manage and adhere to store budgets, maintain financial records, and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding inventory orders and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role(preferable)
Chief Accountant
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, performing cost analyses, and assisting with financial planning. This role is crucial in supporting senior management with decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Role & responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Cost Analysis: Perform cost analyses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Budgeting: Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting and taxes.
- Tax planning: Explore the best possible tax planning and optimization.
- System Improvement: Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
- Decision Support: Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk management and produce reports with recommendations.
- Liaise with auditors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Chartered accountant, ICAI, India
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
