Maintenance Manager - Mechanical

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all mechanical systems and equipment, including rollers, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of production equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and maintain production targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
• Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team efficiency and development.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Monitor equipment performance using data-driven analysis to anticipate and resolve potential failures.
• Manage mechanical projects such as equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure the team follows best practices for a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance mechanical efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve production processes.

Maintenance Manager - Electrical

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in the Cold Rolling Mill, including motors, drives, PLCs, SCADA and mill automation systems.
• Ensure continuous and reliable power supply to the mill by monitoring and maintaining electrical distribution systems.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for new equipment.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
• Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and increase equipment longevity.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to anticipate potential issues.
• Manage electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve electrical systems' efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance production processes
