HR Admin Executive / Personal Assistant for Uganda

 Key Responsibilities:


Executive Support Personal assistants in this role serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing their schedule, correspondence, and administrative needs.

This includes:

  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Scheduling meetings and managing the executive's calendar
  • Handling condential communications and documents
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

HR Administration In addition to executive support, this role involves signicant HR-related tasks

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, from job postings to interview scheduling
  • Supporting employee onboarding and orientation procedures
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Contributing to benets administration and payroll processing
  • Helping develop and implement HR policies
  • Supporting performance management processes and training initiatives

 Required Skill-Set

  • Technical Prociency: Competency in MS Office, Strong usage of Excel, Articial Intelligence tools and HR platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. He/she must be presentable and have strong follow-up skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Well-organized with excellent time management skills. Very methodical in approach.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labour laws
  • Ability to maintain condentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary
