Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support Personal assistants in this role serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing their schedule, correspondence, and administrative needs.
This includes:
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Scheduling meetings and managing the executive's calendar
- Handling condential communications and documents
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
HR Administration In addition to executive support, this role involves signicant HR-related tasks
- Assisting with recruitment processes, from job postings to interview scheduling
- Supporting employee onboarding and orientation procedures
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Contributing to benets administration and payroll processing
- Helping develop and implement HR policies
- Supporting performance management processes and training initiatives
Required Skill-Set
- Technical Prociency: Competency in MS Office, Strong usage of Excel, Articial Intelligence tools and HR platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. He/she must be presentable and have strong follow-up skills.
- Organisational Skills: Well-organized with excellent time management skills. Very methodical in approach.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labour laws
- Ability to maintain condentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary
