Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed project planning and scheduling strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and track project progress against established timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions for client payments.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather data and ensure adherence to project plans and budgets.
- Generate regular progress reports and provide insights to stakeholders for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 46 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and billing in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Other Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams
