WELDING QC INSPECTOR
WELDING QC SUPERVISOR
VACANCY: 20 nos.
*JOB DESCRIPTION :*
1. High School diploma, or higher in Engineering (Mechanical)
2. university degree and a total of seven (7) years of experience in inspection, or a high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years of experience in inspection of welding/piping.
3. Good knowledge of codes such as ASME B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK.
4. Good Knowledge on Welding, Nondestructive Testing (NDT), and has ability of interpret RT films.
5. Experiences in preparation of QC procedures and developing ITPs, WPSs and developing new WPSs.
6. Has experiences of WQT, welding performance and welder performance management.
7. Candidate should be certified as a minimum: CSWIP 3.2.1 Welding Inspector or equivalent; ASNT NDT Level II .
8. Good knowledges on Saudi Aramco Standard & SPCs, who have Aramco experiences will be preferred.

MECHANICAL QC SUPERVISOR (EQUIPMENT)
DURATION: LONG TERM
VACANCY: 10 nos.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Education: High School Diploma and above in Engineering (Mechanical);
2. Have 7 year of experiences in inspection for whom have university degree, and 10 years experiences of in inspection who have high school diploma. as minimum, the candidate shall have 3 years directly relating to supervision of Construction Activities of oil, gas and petrochemical.
3. Certified Senior leader Auditor (ISO 9001-2015).
3. Good knowledge on Static, rotating equipment and package equipment, have direct work experiences of inspection of equipment.
4. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Work-related engineering codes and standards, such as ASTM, API, ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and AWS D1.1.
5. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of mechanical process systems inspection and testing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, erection, construction and Pre-Commissioning of diesel engines, pumps, compressors, motors and generators, fans, gearboxes, auxiliary cooling and lubrication systems, packaged process equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pressure vessels, structural steel, hot/cold insulation and other equipment and commodities as required for the WORK
6. Certified API 510-Pressure Vessel Inspector, or those who wish to obtain API 510 certification in the short term.
7. Saudi Aramco experiences are preferred.

Working Hours: 10 Hrs. / Per Day
Overtime (OT) available after 10 hours.
