- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Contract Terms :
The contract is for 04 years. After completing 02 years of employment, you are entitled to 30 days of paid leave to visit India with return air tickets and then rejoin the company for the remaining 02 years.
The company deducts your one months salary on a pro-rata basis as a Security Deposit for 24 months and refunds you on return from leave.
(E.g. If your Monthly Salary is Rs.24000/- So 24,000/- will be deducted pro-rata in 24 months [24000/24 = 1000]. Hence Your Net Salary will be 23000/- Per Month )
