Role & responsibilities


Technical support: Providing technical support for the repair and overhaul of rotating equipment, including dismantling, diagnosing, assembling, and testing

  • Design: Preparing design engineering packages for new installations and upgrades
  • Project support: Supporting project design, implementation, and production enhancement
  • Training: Coaching and mentoring junior engineers, quality inspectors, and technicians
  • Technical investigation: Performing technical investigations to identify the root cause of failures and corrective actions
  • Technology introduction: Introducing new technologies in repair methodology
  • Documentation: Updating and maintaining engineering documentation and drawings
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring quality and cost-effective solutions

Reliability Center Maintenance Engineer




Application of RCM Methodology to develop maintenance strategies. • Applies approved company policies, processes and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. • Plan the day-to-day RCM activities for analysis along with the RCM team • Identification of the Systems based on PID/PFD in the plant Carryout Criticality assessment for all the systems and assets. Identify the critical systems and critical assets • Develop RCM plan for the high critical equipment and systems considering the bad actors • Coordinate and facilitate RCM (analysis for the critical rotating equipment using ReliaSoft RCM++ Software. • Follow up RCM Recommendations implementation based on RCM analysis • Utilizes the SAP S4 HANA platform to analyze equipment failures and identify the bad actors. Update corrective and preventive actions • Participates in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of critical equipment failures and report preparation • Assist in training and development of associated RCM teams • Participates in the planning of major equipment maintenance overhaul or shutdown in conjunction with maintenance group. Provides technical support to maintenance personnel to carry out troubleshooting of plant problems, recommending corrective actions & modifications Participates in the PSSR, PHA, MOC requirements meeting and Section internal and external Audits. • Review RCM/PM of the critical equipment that fails repetitively Prepares RCM Related reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies, and standards • Complies with all relevant safety, health, and environmental procedures Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

Seeking Digital solutions (Advance Process Control System, Real Time Optimization, Clear View Technology, Plant Information Management System, Operator Round Automation, Operator Training Simulator) to improve Productivity. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile


Experience: +9 Years of related experience. • Reliability and Inspection experience in oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizers or related industry. Good knowledge of installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of a variety of large and complex equipments in the oil, gas, fertilizer or petrochemical industry. Should have conducted successful RCA, Engineering packages and worked in Projects. Skills: • Conversant with international codes and standards such as API 510 / 570 /580, ASME & AWS. • Very good knowledge of metals and corrosion. • Familiar wit APM tools, like meridium, Antea and Reliasoft. • Awareness about Hazardous Area Classifications • Familiar with SAPbased maintenance workflow • Proficient with use of usage of computer & office software’sCompetencies: Proficient Communication both written & verbal • Selecting the Inspection techniques for Intrusive and Non-intrusive inspections. • Problem solving attitude. • Result Orientation • Action Orientation • Customer Orientation • Self-Development • Developing People • Self Confidence • Composure
