Marketing Executive for Sharda University, Uzbekistan

Location: Sharda University Uzbekistan (SUUz)

Position Overview


Sharda University Uzbekistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to lead and manage marketing initiatives for its educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and admissions, with the ability to develop strategies, build partnerships, and achieve enrollment targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Admissions
    • Develop and implement effective marketing and admission plans.
    • Achieve admission targets as set by the management.
    • Manage web leads and ensure effective conversion into admissions.
    • Conduct admission tests (SUSAT) and oversee all admission procedures.
  • Outreach & Partnerships
    • Identify high-potential schools and education centers in the Fergana Valley.
    • Deliver impactful presentations about SUUz to students, parents, and educators.
    • Build partnerships with education centers and sign collaboration contracts.
  • Career Counseling & Events
    • Provide career and academic counseling to prospective students.
    • Organize career counseling sessions and educational tours for prospective students and parents.
    • Plan and participate in educational fairs and events, including conducting the Sharda Olympiad.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage the marketing and admissions team, including interns and calling teams.
    • Distribute candidate data effectively and oversee the entire admission process.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain comprehensive data records for admissions and marketing activities.
    • Submit periodic reports to the Rectors office and SU management in India.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree required; MBA with a specialization in marketing preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years in marketing educational programs.
    • Overseas work experience is advantageous.

Other Requirements

  • Male candidates preferred due to extensive travel requirements.
