HR Head for Dubai

We have requirement for HR Head position in Dubai.

Required skills :

• Min. 15+ years of exp. in HR Management.
• Africa exp. must
• Various areas of HR with different industry segment MUST.
• Require Experience in Talent Acquisition, developing SOPs for HR dept, developing Employee Handbook & HR Policy Manual, HR Budgeting, Resource Planning, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Competency Development & Assessment, Employee Relations, Managing & Dealing with Attrition.
• Require experience in various areas of HR with different industry segment, supporting organizations in defining, developing and delivering HR strategy.
• People Management, Project Management, Client (Internal & external) Management.
• Experience in formulation and implementation of fair & transparent HR systems, policies, HR operations etc.
• Adept at people management, build healthy employee and employer relations, capability to create amicable & transparent environment.
