• Africa recruitment exp. must
• Developed and implemented comprehensive recruitment strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and innovative sourcing techniques region.
• Developed training and development programs that aligned with business objectives, supporting employee growth and succession planning.
• Creating and implementing plans for talent acquisition, including hiring plans and employment branding initiatives.
• Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and developing programs to reward and retain top talent
