The company has its specialized channel of distribution and integrated knowledge of the supply chain mechanism the company set up a chain of retail stores across Central & North Mozambique in the cites of NACALA, NAMPULA, BEIRA, CHIMOIO, MANICA, QUELIMANE, MOCUBA & TETE Operating 15 stores across Mozambique. The company under its ambitious plans of expansion is looking out for the following positions for the organization
ON THE JOB TRAINING AT THE RETAIL STORE ON MERCHANDISING, FINANCE, LOGISTICS, PRICING & STRATEGY, STORE MANAGEMENT AS A PROFIT CENTER HEAD WILL BE GIVEN.
Each candidate will undergo a job rotation in various departments and roles of the organization after which the company shall choose those selected candidates for long term contracts after successful completion of training.
The company will provide an initial training of 1 year and then the second year will initial place the desired candidate in the role to be placed independently in a store to observe his key skill sets and demonstrate capabilities in the managerial style of operation.
The company will expose the candidate to ERP systems and create standardized operation plans

Candidate's Age - 21 years to 25 years.
Qualifications: Any graduate with specialization in RETAIL MANAGEMENT preferred MBA in any specialization desired.
Candidates with Degree in (Electrical / Chemical / Mechanical / Automobile) will be given preference.
Experience 0-2 years welcome.
Candidate should be outspoken fluency in spoken ENGLISH / HINDI is mandatory ADDITIONAL Foreign language skills will be given preference.
Candidates with extracurricular activity will be given preference.
