Tech Lead (j2ee / Spring)
Experience : 6 to 15 Yrs
* Experience in developing Web and Client-Server based applications using Java/J2EE/Struts/Spring/Hybris
* In-depth knowledge of Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Struts,Spring, Hibernate, Hybris, JavaScript, AJAX
* Participate in complete SDLC life cycle including application support and maintenance
* Attend regular client calls & discuss weekly status with the client in Japanese
* Send status report (Daily, Weekly etc) to the client in Japanese
* Involve in Code reviews & other QA activities
* Review the test case document designed by testing team
* Assign and clarify areas of responsibilities to the team
* Keep track of Change requests/New requirements from the client
* Familiar with Japanese language telephone and mailing etiquettes
1. Should have worked in Japan for at least 2 to 4 years

8-20 years of total relevant experience
Should have excellent understanding and Hands-on on Spring, Java, and Database concepts.
Experience of developing Business Applications in Manufacturing Domain
Fluent in Japanese communication
Minimum 2-4 years of Japan onsite experience is essential
Should be familiar with Development and Support Project Life cycle
Good Understanding on Project Management and Quality Management Techniques.
Should be well versed with ISO and CMMI level process.
Essential to have good exposure and hands on in managing projects
with KPIs like Team Utilization, Project Profitability, etc
High Customer Orientation, Good written and Oral communication skills
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management
High level of Customer Orientation
