ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organizations network.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
• Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
• Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on.
• Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
• Test server performance and provide server performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.
• To have the ability to lay down procedures, set up a team and provide guidance to junior members of the team.
• Provide presales and infrastructure (On-Premise & Cloud) support for ME region

SKILLS REQUIRED:  
• Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
• Outstanding experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
• Exemplary leadership of an infrastructure team.
• Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
• Knowledge in software framework such as DOT NET.
• Experience in interpreting the applicability of local and federal laws/regulations (including data privacy practices and laws) to company operations.
• Preferable to have certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITIL and knowledge in programming languages such as Java, SQL, C#, VB 


Note:
1. Preferably a South Indian.
2. Four-year or three- years full time university degree is required, preferably in the field of computer science or other related academic fields.
3. Diploma or part-time degree is not accepted. 
4. Overall 12+ stable years of experience is required
5. Excellent English communication skills
