Requirements
- Literacy in Grammatical English.
- Good in communication and inter personal skills
- Good in computer basics and MS Word, Power point and Excel
- Must be excellent in English Communication.
- Good body language, polite and sober behavior, presentable character
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in his English Language proficiency, in writing - and attending his Higher Studies in Indonesia currently.
- Manage his Writings - Publications , prior to submissions - in terms of Grammatical systems
- Drive key strategic initiatives of the Executive Director and be the SPOC to ensure day to day operations of the entire organization
- Leading - Managing initiatives to enhance the growth of the organization
- Should be able to liaison with all departments and have update on the status of projects
- Should be able to build a business strategy along with the directors.
- Should ensure periodic reviews with all departments reporting to the director
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Any other coordination as required.
- Willing to work for a startup Company.
