Client is a writer, human rights activist, columnist, and editor and founder of an independent online English daily, based in Oslo, Norway. He was born in Afghanistan and is a graduate of Balkh University he has worked extensively on Human Rights issues around the world

Job position: Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary to an International Businessman

Females (Preferred)

Education : Any degree

Experience : 3+ year as EA/PS

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Requirements
  • Literacy in Grammatical English.    
  • Good in communication and inter personal skills
  • Good in computer basics and MS Word, Power point and Excel
  • Must be excellent in English Communication.
  • Good body language, polite and sober behavior, presentable character
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in his English Language proficiency, in writing - and attending his Higher Studies in Indonesia currently.
  • Manage his Writings - Publications , prior to submissions - in terms of Grammatical systems
  • Drive key strategic initiatives of the Executive Director and be the SPOC to ensure day to day operations of the entire organization
  • Leading - Managing initiatives to enhance the growth of the organization
  • Should be able to liaison with all departments and have update on the status of projects
  • Should be able to build a business strategy along with the directors.
  • Should ensure periodic reviews with all departments reporting to the director
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Any other coordination as required.
  • Willing to work for a startup Company.
Compensation upon recruitment :
  1. Air Ticket to Jakarta upon joining.
  2. Accommodation - Fully Furnished Room in an Apartment nearby workplace
  3. Out Patient ( GP Clinic Health services - FREE )
  4. Partly contribute for In patient Medical Insurance ( Candidate pays half premiums )
  5. Monthly Salary ( Negotiable ) upon confirmation of Candidate
