Job Title-  Senior IT Analyst/ IT Project Manager

Division/Department- ASSET INFORMATION MANAGEMENT/ ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEPARTMENT

Reports to-  Division Manager- Asset Information Management

Years of Experience-  8+

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

the job holder reports directly to the division manager, Asset information management and support the operation of the asset information management division. The job jobholder is responsible for the IT tools supporting the asset management activities.

• Defines and Documents Business IT functionalities.
• consult with business unit manager and personnel to identify, Define and documents IT business Needs and Objectives.
• analyses the feasibility of and develop requirements for new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
• Track and fully documents changes for IT functional specifications.
• Plans, organizes and conducts improvement projects and / or management reviews of IT tools systems.
• provides technical assistance in training, Mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
• provides work direction to one or more junior profiles staff or acts as a team lead on designated projects or assignments.
• Manage the new IT projects based on IPM Methodology.

Education ad Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, computer eng, information system or any other related degree with more than 8 Years of Experience, including particular experience in project management. candidate should have some experience of implementation or management of IT tools and basic understanding of Databases.the candidate should have some experience of implementation or management of audits, Risk management, Data quality continual improvement, Etc. the candidate should have PMP certification.

language skills-  

Proficient in English and Arabic

Technical Skills-  

RCM tools, Asset management tools, PAS55/ ISO55000 standard, project management, document management
