QA/QC Engineer
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years experience. Shall have additional Certification in AWS CWI or CSWIP, BGAS or NACE, NDT (Level II in RT, UT, PT, MT & RTFI) and Internal Auditor certificate in ISO 9001 : 2008 or 2015 or Lead Auditor.
Candidates should have experience in Piping, Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers and Boilers fabrication shop or Shutdown as a QA/QC engineer.
Capable of handling third party inspection agencies like Lloyds, BV, ABS etc.
Shall be conversant with international codes such as ASME, ASTM, TEMA, API, DIN, JIS, ANSI, BS-5500 etc.
Shall have knowledge in Heat Treatment, NDT, Hydrotest, Pneumatic test, surface preparation, Painting / Coating and Galvanizing.
Shall be thorough in QA/QC documentation, welding procedure/ welder qualification.
Shall have hands on quality experience in Mechanical Construction Company.
Shall have exposure to ISO-9001 : 2008 or 2015 Quality Management system a internal quality audit / External Audit and ASME U,U2,S & R Stamp certification Audit..
Previous Saudi Aramco or Sabic Experience is Preferable and shall be familiar with their specification / standards.
Shall able to coordinate with client representative and Handle the QC / NDT Inspectors under his supervision
QC Inspector (PAINTING/WELDING)

QC WELDING INSPECTOR
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and certified welding inspector (AWS-CWI/CSWIP3.1) with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Weld visual inspection of weld seams of Pressure Vessels / Columns / Heat Exchanger, etc.
Identify traceability of welders as per welding map.
Prepare Weld Visual Examination Reports for review / acceptance by clients / AI.
Conducting Welder Qualification tests and witnessing.
Verification of Continuity of welders for various processes.
Visual inspection of welded components and assemblies before NDT.
Final Visual inspection of completed equipment.
Welding surveillance during fabrication.

NDT TECHNICIAN
Graduate in Science or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ Experience.
Qualified Level-II in RT/UT/PT/MT/RTFI examinations
Knowledge of RT/UT methods
Receive PT/MT requests from production and coordinate for conduction the PT/MT.
Receive RT/UT requests from production and coordinate with RT/UT Sub contractors for carrying out RT /UT.
Coordinate with production for facilitating scaffolding for carrying out NDT
Preparing PT/MT reports after completion of PT/MT
Coordinate with production and conduct hardness tests, PMI, PT, MT, UT etc.
Coordinate with clients for witness of MT/PMI/UT and prepare reports.
Notify clients for review of radiography films and sign off RT reports.

Able to read Procedure, drawing, vessels /heat exchanger fabrication, Familiar with hydro test, filling, pressurization, venting, drain etc. should be good in reading and speaking English.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Fabrication/ Welding/ Blasting & Painting)
Diploma or Engineering graduate.
Must have minimum 4 - 5 years experience as Supervisor in fabrication industries like vessels and tanks, Structural, Piping. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Know how to control of manpower, should have welding & fabrication knowledge
ROLLING MACHINE OPERATOR
Diploma in CNC Machine Operator/ Vocational Training /Technical School certification
Must have minimum 4 years’ experience on Rolling Machine Operations in heavy industrial manufacturing / fabrication company. Should be worked in both cases of machine 3 roller/ 4 roller type.
Should have experience in CNC online / offline programming, Four Roller with NC/manual controller; Ability to performs tasks in a safe and responsible manner. Should be good in reading and speaking English, Familiar with Cylindrical, Conical shapes rolling operation.
Estimation & Proposal Engineer
A degree/diploma holder or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Experienced in Preliminary mechanical design (Bidding) and estimation for at least eight (8) years in manufacturing sector.Basic Knowledgeable in design and drawing softwares such as PvElite, AME tank, HTRI, Auto Cad.
