QC/QA Vacancy in Apex Biotech Limited, Rwanda

A fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Rwanda is looking for dynamic, ambitious, energetic, hardworking and result-oriented professionals for urgent appointment in its factory premises for the following positions:

Job Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Incumbent will be responsible for managing and implementing the activities of Quality Control Lab of the pharma formulations plant (Oral solids & liquids).

Job Responsibilities

• Operation and calibration of HPLC, FTIR, UV, KF, analytical balance, disintegration, dissolution tester and its documentation.
• Sampling, analysis and approval of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, finished products, stability and with proper documentation.
• Daily In-process analytical data check, IPC, BMR-BPR checking, change control activities and batch release activities
• Qualification and validation protocol writing, review, and approval including ensuring effective CAPAs
• Manages activities related to material specifications, analytical test methods, test method validation, SOPs, batch records, site service requests and ensure QMS related documentation
• Monitor dispensing of raw materials as well as manufacturing & packaging processes in compliance with GMP
• Handle the Batch document & Retention Sample and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents
• Experience in QC instrument calibration & qualification activities (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Requirements

• Well conversant with GMP, GLP
• Knowledge of Drug Laws and Auditing Systems.
• Detailed knowledge of Analytical Method Validation, Instrumentation of all Analytical Techniques.

Educational Requirements: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc/B.Sc in Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry

Working Experience: 5+ year(s) in reputed pharma manufacturing in QC/QA.
