Site Engineer for UAE

 Experience in M.E.P services (Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC) for Residential/Commercial projects.

• Engineering & Management Studies to handle customer requirement(scope), Specifications (BOQ), Plans and required Calculation etc.
• Possesses knowledge of Mechanical engineering & Management for Planning, Execution of Plumbing and Fire Fighting Services (Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Fire Sprinklers, Hydrant system & HVAC System).
• Expertise in managing project operations, resource utilization, maintenance, quality management & manpower management with customer satisfaction.
• Decision Making, Risk Assessment, Problem Solving, Spontaneous Resolution, Leadership, Financial, Technical & Feasibility analyst, Teamwork, Better & Quick understanding.
• Planning, Execution schedule, Coordination, Installation, Testing & Commissioning for External Plumbing Services.
• Regular inspection of execution at site to maintain quality work and Reporting to Project Head regarding Status of execution.
• Vendor Development and Quality management of work as per specification.
• Operational Strategies to meet customer expectation and requirement.
• Study of work order, tender, Drawings, GCC, SCC and specification to verify the work and bills.
• Preparation of Client RA Bills & Checking Sub Contractors Bills.
• Coordination with Client and all other services drawing like Architectural, structural & Electrical etc. towards successful completion of project.
• Quantity and Cost Estimation of PL & FF Services.
• Review all drawings prepared by Service Consultants for quantity and quality survey of work.
• Interpretation of drawings for the technicians/Subcontractors/Site Staff.

• Excellent computer skills using Word, Excel, AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to lead & manage an effective team.

Computer Skills

• Software Skills:- NX7.5(Unigraphics) , AUTOCAD, C, DBMS, DATA STRUCTURE.

Others: - M.S. Office & Good Knowledge of Internet.
