Mechanical Technician (Pump & Generator)
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 4-5 years maintenance experience. Specialized in generators and Pumps.
Experienced in operating & trouble shooting of all types of motor, pumps, driving devices ( belt and shaft ), Valves, Compressors and generators. Good in English speaking reading and writing.
Civil Technician (Furniture Carpenter/Wall Painter/Mason)
High School / Any qualification in Civil. Tile Mason & Plastering Experience/ Furniture Carpenter/Wall Painter
Good in English speaking reading and writing.
Low Voltage (Electrical) Technician
ITI/Diploma in Electrical with minimum 4-5 years maintenance experience. Trouble shooting Knowledge in DB , SMBD & MDBs specially in pumps lighting control panels, ATS, DOL and start delta starters. Good in English speaking reading and writing.
HVAC Technician
ITI/Diploma in AC with minimum 4-5 years maintenance experience. Knowledge of operation and maintaining of FCU (Fan coil unit), AHU(Air handling unit), Split and Ducted split type units. Very good understanding of various types and capacity, especially in electrical controls. Good in English speaking reading and writing.
Plumber with pump experience
Minimum 6-8 years experience in maintenance of experience in maintenance of water supply network, drainage network, water pumps, plumbing fittings and accessories. Its basically a Plumber with pumps experience.
Good in English speaking reading and writing.
