Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Required Candidate profile
• Well groomed with good etiquette
• Proficient in MS office particularly Excel
• UAE driving license is a plus
