BDEs for International IT Software Services, IT Sales , Managed IT Services, Inside Sales, IT Staffing Business Development, IT Recruitments, HR Consultancy (4 to 8 years’ experience)

 

Candidate should have thorough knowledge on Sales Cycle of , IT Sales, International IT Software Services, Inside Sales, HR Consultancy, IT Recruitments, IT Staffing Business Development, Database Management Services/ Database Consulting (Oracle Technologies – core Oracle DBA, eBiz Apps DBA, Exadata) – Onsite-Offshore staffing.

 

Should have experience in Sales/ Account Management, ideally within the recruitment industry, a start-up or technology sales.

 

Experience on Web Development/ maintenance projects, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Hadoop, Big data, Cloud related projects, Infrastructure Management, Custom Software Development/ Support projects, Testing, CAD/ CAE Services etc. will be an advantage. These candidates may not have above mentioned Consulting/ HR Business Development skills.

 

Should be able to acquire new clients, close the sales independently.

 

Candidates will have to submit all testimonials, salary proofs upon selection and will be verified by HR.

Position:  BDEs – International IT Software Services – IT Sales - Inside Sales,  Managed Services, IT Staffing, IT Recruitments, HR Consultancy, DBA Consulting, DMS – Database Management Services,  Online Bidders, Digital Marketers, SEO Analysts

 

Location: Chandigarh, India, Remote Work from Home for Overseas Locations

 

Experience Range: 2- 8 Years relevant in Software Services / IT Managed Services Sales

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

·        Candidate should have thorough knowledge on Sales Cycle of , IT Sales, International IT Software Services, Inside Sales, HR Consultancy, IT Recruitments, IT Staffing Business Development, Database Management Services/ Database Consulting (Oracle Technologies – core Oracle DBA, eBiz Apps DBA, Exadata) – Onsite-Offshore staffing.

·        Should have experience in Sales/ Account Management, ideally within the recruitment industry, a start-up or technology sales.

·        Experience on Web Development/ maintenance projects, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Hadoop, Big data, Cloud related projects, Infrastructure Management, Custom Software Development/ Support projects, Testing, CAD/ CAE Services etc. will be an advantage. ·        Should have understanding of CAD/CAE services with focus on delivering business solutions to the Automotive, Electronics and other Manufacturing Industry (Optional).

·        Should have experience in online bidding portals.

·        Should be able to acquire new clients.

·        Should be able to close the sales independently.

·        Must be willing to work in any shift (24x7) as per business requirement.

·        Expanding DBA Consulting, IT Sales opportunities in Middle East, Africa regions, Far East, Asia Pacific, US, UK, Canada, Latin America.

·        Interacting with C-level executives and Key decision makers like CIO, CFO, VP IT, IT Directors and IT Managers.

·        Identifying target customer segment and promoting services like Consulting, Development, Education, Support services, ERP systems (Oracle/ SAP), Database Maintenance, Migration, Database Upgrade services.

·        Involved in Pre-sales activities such as identifying and targeting the high potential prospects through cold calling / email campaigns / webcasts to generate leads from different verticals.

·        Initiate the process of generating RFP’s, RFPQ’s and RFI’s from potential prospects and respond after qualifying them.

·        Identify new opportunities by attending business events, visiting trade shows, conferences, etc. and scanning news alerts and media articles, databases on the web.

·        Prepare Presentations, Proposals and Sales Contracts.

·        Develop and maintain sales materials and current solution knowledge.

·        Set up Channel partnerships, referral sales.
