Network and Systems Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Good knowledge and experience of IT network and infrastructure (Routers, switches, firewall, VPN, WAN and LAN)

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of Systems and Virtual infrastructure

• Must be Cisco certified
• Project management knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control system will be preferred

High-level Existing Infra Details • Current data center for access control and CCTV is in ALMA building. There is another DC in MUBADALA for ACS/CCTV and building services. Other 2 sires are Sila and Al Ain BCM

• All the sites are connected together via MPLS
• This is completely isolated network with no connectivity to MITE DC
• There will VPN connectivity to MITE DC in future for limited access

Current Projects/Scope of work

• Manage all Business Services Networking projects including the below, and coordinate with all stakeholders involved (internally within Business Services, Mubadala IT, BMS, Suppliers, etc.)
• Provide support of existing environment setup, and post projects delivery.
• Work on all necessary documentation, such as: draft/maintain the as is design docs/network diagrams, draft technical scope of all projects, review and validate proposals submitted by suppliers, provide internal documents etc.
