ERP Analyst/ Programmer for Zahid Tractor and Heavy Machinery Co. Ltd in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: ERP Director

Primary Purpose: 

Design & enhance solutions, develop modifications, test deliverables and provide support and maintenance to ERP users.

Principal Accountabilities: 

- Works closely with both the implementers and the business users to design/develop the proper solution
- Build the solutions according to the RFP 
- Document designs and developments/customizations
- Troubleshooting of systems malfunctions
- Coordinates with project managers for solutions designs
- Conduct system tests along with business users and project managers
- Maintain and enhance systems after launch

- Design quality
- Development performance
- Users satisfaction

Supervises: 

- Project implementers and developers

Liaises with:

- Project managers
- System users
- ERP team
- Vendors and implementers

Knowledge & Skill requirements:

Education: 

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent science degree 

Experience: 

3+ years in IT project development
- Good understanding of Databases and SQL
- Exposure to new development techniques 
- Deep understanding of ERP structures
- Key participation in project development
