Role : Softskill Trainer / Process Trainer

JOb Description :

Candidates preferably BFSI sector with experience in Training content development and delivery. The training will be on Customer Service to the Banking officials there, it is more of soft skill & process training. Should have experience in independently handle the client in terms of training delivery, participant feedback, MIS report, trainer view/feedback, post training audit to check whether implementation happening as per training delivered, etc. Should have the ability to interact & influence with middle and senior level management, strong in presentation skills, should be fluent in speaking in English.

Note : Willing to travel Nairobi ( Kenya ).accommodation, food, will be provided by the company
