The Role will:
• Assess current ERP implementation status including modular configuration, product data structures, enterprise master data and applied capabilities based on production facilities functional & optimization needed.
• Advise on elimination of ERP code customization where merited, without negatively impacting predictability of system performance.
• Provide insight and understanding on how improved master data structures and advanced data capture techniques can lead to enhanced reporting of static, transactional and management level information
• Play a pivotal role in operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deploy ERP training protocols by process owner/user base inclusive of IT training in support of ERP change management, testing, implementation and maintaining ERP data integrity
• Develop Dashboards & Business Analytics using IFS business Applications Tools
• Provide analytical and process support to drive initiatives that are critical to the ongoing growth of the company.
• Participate in all phases of ERP Implementation configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Verify that application software meets company’s requirements, operates as specified, and is stable.
• Work with end-users to identify information needs and develop new reports accordingly.
• Perform routine administrations and maintenance tasks; implement modifications and enhancements.
Qualification Engineering Graduate / Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology This role will be responsible for the development of an effective planning process, for the creation of an integrated project schedule that encompasses all aspects for the ERP Program and for the actual execution on the shop floor.

Desired profile of the candidate Candidates must demonstrate the following;
• Experience in ERP solution implementation
• Strong knowledge in manufacturing business process
• Good Knowledge of PLSQL , MS SQL , Oracle & SQL Server Administration
• Strong understanding of Software Development & ERP Implementation Cycle
• Knowledge of Business Analysis, Requirements gathering and Solution Development
• Self-starter that requires minimum supervision
• Good communication, presentation and documentation skill
