Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for competent professional candidates for following position for their oil and gas project in Kuwait, Algeria and Saudi Arabia.
Department: Procurement & Sub Contracts
1. Sr. Procurement Engineers - Instrument/Telecom (No. 1)
Job Location: Kuwait
Experience: Minimum 10 yrs. experience in procurement activities for large value onshore EPC Oil & Gas projects viz. Process plants/Pipelines, having hands on experience in sourcing, buying instrumentation items for projects specified.
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation
2. Procurement Engineers Electrical (No. 1)
Experience: Minimum 6 yrs experience in procurement activities for large value onshore EPC Oil & Gas projects viz. Process plants/Pipelines, having hands on experience in sourcing, buying electrical items for projects specified.
Job Location: Kuwait
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical
3. Procurement Engineers - Instrument/Telecom (No. 1)
Experience: Minimum 6 yrs experience in procurement activities for large value onshore EPC Oil & Gas projects viz. Process plants/Pipelines, having hands on experience in sourcing, buying instrumentation items for projects specified.

4. Subcontract Engineers (No. 1)

5. Dy. Procurement /Subcontract Manager (No. 1)
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Qualification B.E/ B. Tech (Mechanical)
Location: Project Site Office in Kuwait
Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience in Procurement & Subcontracts. Out of which 5 years as Manager in large value EPC Projects (Onshore Projects) in Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge of procurement systems and processes along with material and sub-contracts procurement experience. Global sourcing and the use of ERP systems preferred.
Contract knowledge and people management. Action material requisitions raise enquiries on approved suppliers. Coordinate technical evaluation of quotations, maintain budgetary requirements and order placements. Ensure procurement meets required program.
Advise and assist project managers on contract conflicts and claims with clients etc. Evaluate defense, negotiate and resolve company claims. Knowledge of FIDIC, INCOTERM and other international contract norms, codes and specification is must.
6. Inspection Leader (Nos. 2)
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
7. Sr SUBCONTRACT ENGINEERS (No. 1)
Job Location: Algeria
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and competence based on interview, plus free food, single accommodation and Transportation.
