1. Fire Fighting Technician / Fire Alarm Technician :
Diploma qualification on Electrical Engineering
5 years Electrical Engineering Experience
Ability to trace Electrical Circuits, Technical Drawing & Readings Schematic diagrams readings
Knowledge of EHS and QMS Procedures
2. BMS Operator :
Diploma or Associates Degree in Instruments / Electrical Engineering
Min 7+ years experience as Instrument / BMS technician.
Experience with all types of Instruments LIT, PIT, TIT, FIT, Flow meter, Pressure gauges, BTU meter, Electric meter, MOVs, Actuators etc.
Possess Saudi Arabia drivers license.
3. HVAC Technician :
Minimum 07 years experience with Strong background in operations and maintenance of HVAC system.
Certificate course from recognize technical institute to related field.
Experience with all types of HVAC including Heat Recovery, CAV/VAV systems, AHU &FCU Systems, Packaged Units, Splits, Evaporative Coolers
Installing and commissioning experience.
Able to trouble shoot and look for answers in all technical problems
